Time:

Time:

TIME

A silent thief, a fleeting friend,
A constant rhythm, never at an end.
Time, the sculptor, with hands unseen,
Shapes our moments, the what-has-been.
        :
A gift we're given, a precious store,
Measured in breaths, from the day we're born.
No currency buys it, no bargain to strike,
Once spent, it vanishes, lost in the night.
        :
First breath, first laugh, a teardrop's stain,
The echo of memories, whispered in the rain.
Last words spoken, a final sigh,
Time's tapestry woven, before we die.
        :
"This time," "next time," a fleeting phrase,
Promises whispered, through life's endless maze.
"On time," "out of time," a constant decree,
The dance with deadlines, for you and for me.
        :
Time whispers wisdom, a lesson untold,
Moments can blossom, or wither and grow old.
Realization dawns, a chance to amend,
The tide of time shifting a chance to transcend.
        :
Not always perfect, the rhythm may sway,
But time brings renewal, a brighter new day.
Past, present, future, a tapestry grand,
Woven by moments, held tight in our hands.
        :
So, cherish each second, this gift so divine,
Let laughter and love in your moments entwine.
For time is a treasure, more precious than gold,
A story unfolding, waiting to be told.
