ARTU is a wild rat living at 8th. Street subway station in New York. Once he sees the bullying taking place at CJ's school, he sets up a pan to stop it for good.
Artu is all about helping those in need.
In book one, he teams up with 8 year old CJ to feed impoverished kids and puts together a plan to stop the bullying happening at CJ's school.
