The Cherry Blossom Special is a train that carries its passengers through the beautiful spring orchards. Constrained by the traditional values of Japanese society, a woman meets an English man on the train. It leads her to question whether she will continue to abide by the restrictions imposed on her at work and in society. She blossoms like the cherry trees after first learning that life can be difficult wherever you are.
