THE REAL STORY OF VIETNAM: CORRUPTION, BETRAYAL, AND AMERICAN SACRIFICE

Nothing proved the pen was mightier than the sword than the history of the Vietnam War. The speech writers did an excellent job of creating false scenarios of halting the spread of communism in Southeast Asia and painting an evil portrait of Ho Chi Minh. Yet he remained a staunch ally of the U.S. as we fought the Japanese during WW II.

Our government orchestrated a script with a false purpose that did not serve America’s interests. Instead, Vietnam returned to the corrupt and colonialist French, who previously raped and pillaged the country before the war.

I will forever remain bewildered by the duplicity, deceit, and betrayal successive American administrations perpetrated on North Vietnam. President Kennedy confessed reservations for our involvement, but his assassination put a halt to this idea.

History would prove we did not belong there, and 58,000 of my brothers died, and 150,000 returned wounded before this finalization came to realization. The brave fighting men sent into battle gave everything for a worthless and useless conflict.

You can read how it all came about and what our unit did to survive, reading Vietnam Uncensored at Vietnam Jerry. The book launch is only weeks away, so I invite you to read the first chapter and listen to the outstanding ghost story of Cpl. Cummings, and become eligible for subscriber discounts, promotions, giveaways, and fabulous prizes. You’ll be glad to be part of our growing community. All proceeds will go to help veterans in need. Thanks.
